Peru and Ecudor School or Rental

Hi All,
I´m travelling up through peru and Ecudor in the next few months.
I´ve done a bit of windsurfing at home and would like to spend a few weeks windsurfing to break up the travels.

Was hoping there might be somewhere I could rent some gear and get some lessons
Can anyone suggest somewhere?

BTW I´m 6´6" som I´m a bit bigger than your atypical Peruvian windsurfer, so I guess I´m looking for somewhere that caters for tourists.
