hi
I must buy a new wetsuit but have problems with fatigue in the underarms (not always good with big underarms). I have heard that the mystique is to tight. What about Oneill windfreak/Ascan/Neilpride. I should be glad for some advice. With regards, John1. |

Hi,
If you mean fatigue in your forearms then have a look at the wetsuits from Pro Motion (www.wetsuit.com) In the wetsuits with full arms they have what they call the No Fatigue Forearm - Forearms are cut oversized, then taper down to a snug fit at the wrists to prevent wetsuit fatigue while keeping water out. Keeps you on the water longer. I used to have problems finding a wetsuit that wasn't too tight on the forearms as i suffered from forearm cramps but since changing to Pro Motion i don't have a problem with forearm cramps anymore Hope this helps

Hi John,
unfortunately they have no Pro Motion Dealers here in Europe but you can buy direct of the website www.wetsuit.com and they ship world wide. When you click on the wetsuit you are interested in you will see at the top of the page, Select size and add to cart. Pick the size of suit you want after checking the sizing chart here http://www.wetsuit.com/web/men_sizing.cfm and then click on add to cart which will then take you to the shopping cart. From there you can complete wetsuit order. Hope this helps Cheers

In winter I use a 7.5mm cheap one-piece dive suit from a k-mart type store here in NZ. It is brilliant. Easy to get on and off and really warm. It's so warm I have to pull out the collar to take big gulps of cold water every so often to prevent overheating. Cost about NZ$160 (90 pounds).
One problem, i didn't tie it on my trailer properly and it disappeared. They don't sell them anymore either so i am off to slit my wrists... goodbye cruel world! |

Half the guys in our club have purchased O'neill Assualt Hybrid dry suits. One piece traditional wet suit bottom (3mm) and loose fitting dry suit top. Super comfortable with no upper body restrictions. Most guys buy them a little large for extra room in the bottom, so I can wear long underwear on the bottom to absorb sweat. On the top, I layer what ever is needed for the conditions. Anything from a Lycra compression top, long sleeve cotton top and or a fleece top.
To see one, go to : http://www.bartswatersports.com/cata...suit/index.asp I have a large and it fits great. I am 6', 170 lbs, 33" legs (1.83m, 77kg, 84cm).
