Carve 133 spin

Hello

I am the happy owner of a 2007 carve 133 with its standard drake fin (Freeride Drive II 460). However sailing with a 7.5m hellcat and between 12 to 15 nots, I am often facing spin out problems. Shall I go for bigger fin? any advice welcome.

Hi Fred,
First, what is the condition of the fin? Are there any decals or painted areas on the fins
surface that are not "faired in" with the adjacent foil?
Try some fine wet/dry abrasive paper to "blend in" any raised areas.
The 46 cm Drake fin should be adequate for you 7.5 m2 Hellcat.
A larger fin might work, but a different/better quality fin in the same size
might be better.

Following your advice i am trying to find the right fin.

Not sure how to select the right better higher quality fin

Deboichet SL2 or SL4 will work with this board?
