I will unashamedly admit that I am gathering information on places to sail. I would like to hear about your favorites, why they are your favorites, and where they are.
My favorite place? My hometown, north of Corpus Christi, TX (an hour or so up the coast), where there are few of the 'average tourists', laid back atmosphere, and a great place to nap. I got bump and jump on the front beach, flat water sailing in the back bays and lagoons, and wave sailing if I want it on Matagorda Island. Oh, and really good wind. |
